All items must be collected from our office A'Posh Bizhub #04-03 @ Yishun. If you require longer rental period, delivery + setup or teardown + collection by Dreamscaper, please contact ling@dreamscaper.sg
Once your order and payment has been recieved, we will contact you to arrange appointment for self-collect and self-return. We are flexible with any timing (incl. weekends, public holiday) as long as you book your appointment with us in advance.
On self-collection day, please bring a cash security deposit that is 2x that of rented item’s amount.
Example: You rented a wooden box for $10 and paid on our website. When you arrive at our office for self-collection, you will have to bring a security deposit of $20 in cash. Please check that the rented item(s) are in good condition before handing us the security deposit. The security deposit will be returned to you when you return all rented item(s) on time and in original condition.
