Guo Da Li Singapore - The vintage traditional Chinese / Peranakan wedding basket is known by the Peranakans as Bakul Sia or Sia-nah in Hokkien.
"Bakul" means basket in Malay and “Siah” means auspicious in Hokkien. In Chinese culture, the betrothal ceremony is also known as Guo Da Li. It is a significant ceremony in both the Chinese and the Peranakan as it symbolizes the groom's sincerity in marrying the bride! 

This betrothal ceremony is usually held between 2 to 4 weeks before the wedding. 

Dimension: 34cm (H incl. handle). 
Top tier is approx 30cm diameter and 8cm (H).
Base tier is approx 28cm diameter and 10cm (H).

Once your order payment has been recieved, we'll contact you to arrange your visits timing.

On self-collection day, you will pass to us a security deposit that is 2x that of rental order's amount.

Example: You paid $50 for your rental order on our website. When you're at our office for self-collection, please check all item(s) are in good condition, then you pass to us security deposit of $100. The security deposit will be returned to you when you return all rented item(s) on time and in good condition (nothing lost, spoilt or stained).
