  • Any above ground venue with more than 5 steps of stairs, without lift access OR,

  • Delivery to or collection from venues at or within Sentosa, MBS, Botanic Gardens, Gardens by the Bay, Tuas / Jurong Island area OR,

  • Delivery to or collection from all school campuses such as but are not limited to NUS, NTU, SP, ITE, UWCSEA, etc... OR,

  • Delivery to or collection from all hospitals such as but are not limited to SGH, NUH, TTSH, KTPH, etc... OR,

  • Any venue that require walking in uneven terrains such as slopes, boardwalks, sand or unpathed areas.
