IMPORTANT NOTICE – USAGE TERMS FOR RICKSHAW RENTAL:

  • The Rickshaw is designed to carry one person seated only.
  • Another person may carefully lift the handlebar and pull the rickshaw slowly on flat, even ground.
  • Our Rickshaw is for decorative and event purposes only. If you plan to use them on public roads, it is your own responsibility to obtain the necessary permits from the relevant authorities, as well as to arrange your own public liability insurance.
  • Dreamscaper SG Pte. Ltd. will not be held liable for any injury, damage, accident, or loss arising from:
    • Improper or unauthorized use
    • Movement over uneven ground, potholes, slopes, curbs, or obstacles
    • Use by the public or any third parties
  • By renting this item, you agree to assume full responsibility for its safe, responsible and appropriate use.

The rental price stated is for standard minimum rental period of 3 days.
Example: You self-collect on Mon. Use the rented items for your event on Tues and return latest by Wed.

All items must be collected from our office A'Posh Bizhub #04-03 @ Yishun.
If you require longer rental period, delivery + setup or teardown + collection by Dreamscaper, please contact ling@dreamscaper.sg

Once your order and payment has been recieved, we will contact you to arrange appointment for self-collect and self-return.
We are flexible with any timing (incl. weekends, public holiday) as long as you book your appointment with us in advance.

On self-collection day, please bring a cash security deposit that is 2x that of rented item’s amount.

Example: You rented a wooden box for $10 and paid on our website. When you arrive at our office for self-collection, you will have to bring a security deposit of $20 in cash. Please check that the rented item(s) are in good condition before handing us the security deposit. The security deposit will be returned to you when you return all rented item(s) on time and in original condition.
